[photran-dev] photran-inbox bugzilla account

Starting now, new Photran bugs in Bugzilla will, by default, be assigned 
to a "virtual" account, photran-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx.  This seemed better 
than assigning everything to me and follows what the other major 
projects are doing.

If you want to see new bugs as they come in, log into bugzilla, go to 
your preferences, click on E-mail Preferences, and add 
photran-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx to the list of users to watch.

All Photran committers should have the ability to modify these bugs.  If 
not, let me know.
