Here is the Bugzilla configuration we would like.  No rush.  Sorry it took so long to get this to you.

Also, when we release it (ASAP), the Photran refactoring plug-in is going to be separate from the base IDE.  It will be released much more frequently, so for any given version of the IDE, we could have several different versions of the refactoring plug-in.  What will be the best way to set that up?

In the mean time, here's a starter setup for the Photran IDE.  I realize the list of components is weird; it's how work is divided up, more or less, and I hope it will get our users to categorize bugs correctly.
