[photran-dev] Photran CVS changes

A couple of notes...

(1) We got Craig's updates to MBS in CVS.  However, I had to delete the
old modules for org.eclipse.photran.managedbuilder.* to do this.  Please
delete the org.eclipse.photran.managedbuilder.{core,ui} projects from
your workspace and grab them fresh from CVS.

(2) The refactoring component is now a separate plug-in/project (which
you will also need to grab from CVS).  It uses Java 5, but the rest of
the system doesn't.  If you don't have a Java 5 JVM, Photran will still
work -- just omit the refactoring plug-in.  We decided this would make a
good compromise, at least for now.
