What do you mean exactly ? to use PDE build to build a feature, and then consume this (built) feature (from the P2 buildRepo) to create my product ?
Anyway, you mean that, in the case of building a product, I should create  an additionnal step (p2.mirror) to extract from the produced buildRepo (with all the transitives stuff I don't want) the features I want to expose to my consumers  ... ?

Hi Anthony.

You should be able to use a p2.mirror task with some combination of the greedy, strict, and optional flags to pull out the product from the resulting repository without the optional dependencies.  I don't remember the combination offhand, but it is possible.
