[paho-dev] Is the maintenance of eclipse/paho.golang stale?

Looking at https://github.com/eclipse/paho.golang/pulls I see 6 open pull requests without a single comment from the project contributors. The oldest PR is four months old. That's a pity.

Who are the contributors having write access to the repository? If the contributors are too busy or not interested in the project any more, can we add more contributors with write access?
