[paho-dev] Javascript service release

Yesterday I did a service release, 1.0.1, of the Paho Javascript client, 
primarily this incorporates the change from the development branch that 
only sends a single websocket subprotocol when opening a websocket 
connection rather than an array. This was causing an issue with more 
than one implementation so now the client switches based on the MQTT 
version it is using; v3.1 it sends "mqttv3.1", v3.1.1 it sends "mqtt".
I have updated the links on the main and project pages, if anyone spots 
any I've missed or other issues please let me know.
