Hi Bharath,
As Ian says, the mosquitto mailing list would be a more appropriate
place to discuss this.
I don't have easy access to a Windows computer at the moment (lost
space for my desktop due to baby, and laptop broke) so it's difficult
to build for me. I've also been just *this* far away from doing a 1.4
release for a little while so I've held off on updating it.
Unfortunately it's just taken longer to do that I'd hoped.
It's fairly easy to build using cmake and visual studio, or cygwin. If
you'd like some help with that let's take this discussion to the
mosquitto-dev list.
