[paho-dev] Paho Java client packaging

Thanks to Bin and Al we have progressed with the packaging of the Java 
client.  The latest can be found here:

http://build.eclipse.org/technology/paho/Java/

It and the Eclipse client view can be installed directly into the 
Eclipse IDE.  If anyone can take a look and point out anything that 
still needs to be done, that would be very helpful.
