[paho-dev] MQTT Interoperability Testing

Hi All,

I've realised that on the whole I feel like I'm more productive doing 
stuff, rather than writing about what I'm doing or have done. I also 
realise that I do need to write about it, otherwise who is going to know?

So, I've gotten around to writing about where I am with the MQTT 
interoperability tests here: 
https://wiki.eclipse.org/Interop_Testing_Plan#Generating_an_MQTT_Server_Test_Suite.

I'm hoping that some of you can take the time to read through it, and 
try things out.  I'm looking for feedback, suggestions, contributions :-)
