[paho-dev] Java MQTT Client GUI Utility

Hi all,

there a couple of people in an IBM China development lab, Bin and Amy, 
who I've asked to look at updating the Paho Java MQTT client utility 
with all the latest features.  I've added their proposed screens to a 
Paho wiki discussion page: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Talk:Paho/GUI_Utility.

The current utility is my very quick port of the old IBM IA92 MQTT 
client GUI.  We also have the Eclipse MQTT client view.  It would be 
nice to have all GUIs looking the same, using as much of the same code 
as possible...  but that might be too much work.
