Andy Piper has been a recognized member of the MQTT community, a valued
contributor and promoter of the protocol for a long time.  He\'ll lend
credibility to the Paho effort ... and is the best person I know to be a
community liason and help raise Paho\'s standing in the community.  Always
pushing the MQTT barrow at conferences.

Finally, he\'s called \"Andy\", which is a good criteria for anyone in the
MQTT community !
