Thread-topic: Update a 32-bit RCP application to 64-bit

Hi,

I am currently looking for a solution to update a 32-bit RCP application to a 64-bit via p2.

I found a conversation from 2014 on this mailinglist (https://www.eclipse.org/lists/p2-dev/msg05427.html) mentioning a solution to the problem. But the information what is exactly needed to make it work is missing.

I also found a recent post in the forum (https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1102015/).

Should such an update be possible, and can anyone give me a hint on how?
