[orbit-dev] Declaring Build: M20180206163158 (Oxygen.3 RC1)

Hello all,

I'm declaring M20180206163158 [1] as our contribution for Oxygen.3 RC1.

This a composite repository combining a newer build (20170303204511)
that is based on the last good build from CVS (20160520211859, Neon)
[2] and the latest build from the orbit-recipes R4_7 branch [3].

The following changes are new for Oxygen.3 RC1 since Oxygen.1a :

45b711f Bug 528924: Fix Import-Package statement on o.a.lucene.misc 6.1.0.
b393469 Add ASM 6.0
2a20aad Update the 'eclipse-platform' reference repository for Oxygen builds.


I've also run a script comparing units (and to some extent, their
metadata) in the Oxygen.1a and Oxygen.3 RC1 repositories to be sure
about what we're publishing.

This comes a few days late, but I don't see any other major changes
happening here so it's very likely RC1 will end up becoming our
release.
