[orbit-dev] Updating the existing javax.xml.ws and javax.xml.bind bundle

Hi Guys,

I'm seeking commit rights to update and maintain the existing javax.xml.ws and javax.xml.bind bundles in Orbit.

Currently in the approved awaiting_analysis awaiting_board_approval awaiting_committer awaiting_project awaiting_pmc awaiting_emo awaiting_triage closed exempt_prereq workswith prereq new rejected reuse triage under_review withdrawn awaiting_analysis state.

These are for use in the JAXWS Tools component in the WTP Incubator Project.
