One thing that I noticed is that the Xalan bundle is missing its about.html
from the root. David (Carver), could you please update the bundle and retag
so we can spin a new build for promotion? Thanks.

If there's no objections, I'd like to promote the latest I-build from the
'committers' to the 'downloads' area
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/committers/drops/I20080222030031/
This will be the first one where all the jars are signed, so it'd be good
if consuming projects could start using right away as we work towards M6,
in case there's any problems detected.
So ... if I don't hear any objections by, say 12:00 on Friday, then I'll
promote.
