Hello Karice,

thanks for noticing - these are very valid concerns. I entered
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=204246
to track these.

Then, I fixed it:
Synchronized about.html in source plugin with the binary one.
Updated dates in about.html to September 21, 2007.
Released as v200709210925 to both the "set1" and "Europa_maintenace"
branches.

Ready for rebuild (in case there is another one).
