[openpass-sc] Looking Ahead: 2027 Program Planning

Hello Steering Committee Members,

The 2027 Program Planning cycle will begin earlier this year to provide more time for thoughtful discussion, alignment, and approval.

This message is simply a heads up. No action is required at this time. However, we encourage Steering Committee members to use the August timeframe to begin considering the strategic priorities and key initiatives for the 2027 Program Plan.

Beginning in early September, we will begin to develop the draft 2027 Program Plan. The key dates will be shared as we approach the September kickoff.
