Dear openMDM® members, it’s quite late to welcome you to 2017 but nevertheless I want to do so. 2017 shall be the year of the first productive release of the openMDM® toolkit and the year of new orientation towards
methods like data analytics and technology portfolios typical for the big data challenges we are all facing. For the efficient operation of the EWG service order and delivery is crucial. Please find attached the service list for 2015/2016. All services have been ordered and most of them were delivered.
I ask you kindly to watch out for pending results. Please document the delivery until end of January in the corresponding Jira Tickets so the steering committee can check the membership conditions as defined in the openMDM® EWG charter. The service / result
packages 2015/16 are tracked as Jira Tickets on the
https://openmdm.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=11600 dashboard. The services for 2016/2017 in some case still not have been ordered, so I ask you to submit proposals of services or result packages
you would like to deliver in the case you want to do so. The steering committee decides on the acceptance of the proposals.
Please do not mix services packages with requirements, those have to be directed to the requirements service which will be available soon. The service / result packages 2016/17 are tracked as Jira Tickets on the
