[openj9-dev] Planned update to bootjdks on Jenkins machines

Hi Everyone,

 

Now that the 0.9 release is available from AdoptOpenJDK, the plan is to update the SDKs on the all jenkins nodes.  This work will start today and continue into next week.  Machine downtime will be minimized as much as possible as to not impact pull requests or daily builds.

This work has already commenced on the zLinux machines to address https://github.com/eclipse/openj9/issues/2364, "Sjavac server failed to initialize Build-JDK9-linux_390-64_cmprssptrs".
