[open-regulatory-compliance] Code & Compliance 2026 — Registration, Sponsorships & Ways to Support

Hello everyone,

We’re excited to share an update on Code & Compliance - FOSDEM Edition, taking place on 29 January 2026 in Brussels. This community-driven event brings together open source leaders, developers, legal experts, and compliance professionals, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

New Two-Tier Registration Options
Hosting an in-person event in Brussels is costly, so this year we’re experimenting with a two-tiered ticket system to balance accessibility and costs:

  • Supporter Ticket: An option that helps subsidise the event’s costs. Supporters receive a small recognition during the event.
  • Regular Ticket: A reduced-rate option designed to remove financial barriers to participation.

Both ticket types offer identical access and experience. Please choose the option that works best for you. Registration is now open

Sponsorship Opportunities
To keep this a sustainable community event, we rely on support through sponsorship. This year’s prospectus outlines several sponsorship packages that can benefit your organisation and the community.

This year, we’ve added a new “Promotional Partnership” sponsorship level. Ideal for foundations, this sponsorship tier supports the event through non-financial contributions, such as amplifying the event through your networks, newsletters, or channels.

If your organisation is interested in sponsoring or becoming a promotional partner, please reach out to event.sponsor@xxxxxxxxxxx.

We hope you’ll join us in Brussels and help make Code & Compliance - FOSDEM Edition another great event. And stay tuned for the preliminary program, which should be published next week.
