Betreff: [eclipse.org-membership-at-large] Open Measurement Data Management Working Group
Antwort an: mike.milinkovich@xxxxxxxxxxx

All,

A proposal has been made to establish an Open Measurement Data Management Working Group [1].  The goal of the Open MDM WG is to be a collaborative effort involving industry, academia, and government to develop reusable open source software for scientific research. Audi, BMW, Bosch, Gigatronik, Canoo, Peak Solution, Science & Computing and others have expressed interest in participating this working group.

The proposed charter [1]  for this working group is available for review.   If you have any comments or feedback on the proposed charter, please send them to emo@xxxxxxxxxxx.  All Members of the Eclipse Foundation are invited to join and participate in this working group.  If you are interested, please send an e-mail emo@xxxxxxxxxxx.    Based on the feedback and level of interest, the working group will be officially created in July 2014.

Please feel free to contact myself, or Ralph Mueller (cc'd above) if you have any questions.
