A few suggestions from me:

- post-mortem on the https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/2081

- clear notification path on downtimes/updates - it would be really helpful to know that there's an ongoing issue, gitlab has just been updated etc

- any recommendations for effective reporting of issues from Oniro? (eg tags...)
