Thank you very much for bringing this conversation to the list. I appreciate it.

I take the opportunity to remind the readers of the importance of
providing an agenda up front and bring the minutes to the list as well
as adding these meetings to the Oniro calendar so anyone can join. The
information in this list should be a good reflection of the project
activity on the technical front. This is core to what being an EF
project means.

My plan has always been to promote such transition once the chat has
been implemented, given the heavy usage of such tool the project had
before becoming an EF project and the lack of a solid alternative at
EF. Given our current circumstances, I think we should take steps as
soon as possible in this direction.
