[oniro-dev] Oniro Maintenance Cycle: reference.

Hello,

Marcus Meissner has been working on security and maintenance/support aspects
of SLE-family and openSUSE for years. He is the author of a document I
recommend everyone interested in Oniro Maintenance Cycle to go over in detail.

index.html

Do not miss the following child page.

Link: https://slsa.dev/spec/v0.1/requirements

The above pages, together with the product support life cycle policies and
timeliness documentation (check the examples - 3 links).

link: https://www.suse.com/support/policy-products/

Link: https://www.suse.com/lifecycle

this second page could be significantly improved, in my view. Check the
detailed lifecycle information for a specific product/version

Link: https://documentation.suse.com/sles/12-SP4/html/SLES-all/cha-update-background.html

constitute the essence of the information that an ISV or integrator
(downstream) needs to understand what to expect from us.

Obviously we do maintenance and not support and short, not long term. Still, I
think this is a good example of how to structure which information.

Best Regards
