[mylyn-integrators] Relicensing under EPL 2.0

There is interest[1] in relicensing Mylyn Docs under EPL 2.0[2]

Per the FAQ[3], this is pretty easy to do, and is recommended since EPL 1.0 is being deprecated.

I'm raising the visibility of this change in case there are any concerns. Please comment on bug 533122 if you have any questions, concerns, or comments.
