[mylar-dev] new dev build

There is now a dev build available that contains the preliminary multiple
repository support (v0.4.6.5). There are still a few improvements coming,
but would be great if a few people could try it out and post any issues.
This involved a major restructuring of the Bugzilla Client, but everything
other than the account migration should happen automatically on restart.
INSTRUCTIONS: after updating and restarting, deactivate your active task,
open the Mylar -> Task Repositories view, and re-add your previous
repository using the wizard. Then restart Eclipse.
This will migrate the task list and contexts to support multiple
repositories, and set the queries to use the specified repository. I
haven't seen any problems with the migration, but recommend that you back up
your task list first
