[mylar-dev] multiple repository support and dev build

The 0.4.7 release has been postponed until next Friday in order to stabilize
the support for multiple repositories and to get some feedback on the UI.
Note that a developer build (0.4.6.3) is available and contains the latest
bug fixes (http://www.eclipse.org/mylar/dl.php).
An experimental UI for working with multiple repositories is included in
HEAD and the build. Note that it isn't hooked up to the task list or
queries yet. There's a view for working with repositories, and a wizard for
selecting the client (e.g. Bugzilla, Jira) and adding/editing repositories.

Brock: I'm particularly interested in how this UI suits your needs for the
JIRA integration. The only key extensibility missing now is the ability for
a repository client to provide a query page that shows up in the search
dialog and add/edit query part of the task list. Please note that the
extension points will still be stabilizing next week as I move the Bugzilla
client to support multiple repositories that API and extension points. So I
suggest that you don't try to extend them until I have done that early next
week.
