[mvc-dev] Committer Election for Tobias Erdle on Jakarta MVC has started

A committer election for Tobias Erdle on project Jakarta MVC (ee4j.mvc) was
started by Christian Kaltepoth with this criteria:

Tobias is an active member of the MVC community for over two years now. He
contributed various features, improvements and bugfixes for the MVC
implementation Eclipse Krazo and helps users on the mailing list. He is very
familiar with the specification itself and actively contributes to the
discussions about how to move the MVC specification forward. I strongly
believe that Tobias is a valuable addition to Jakarta MVC team.
