Thanks a lot for your work but

Why does the MPC - Download Archive page is not up to date?

http://www.eclipse.org/mpc/archive.php

Where can I download mpc corresponding archive for eclipse oxygen?

The previous version I downloaded from

http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/releases/1.5.4/mpc-1.5.4.zip

The newer version is not available from

http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/releases/1.6.4/mpc-1.6.4.zip

I don't need to install it using the Install New Software from eclipse.
