[mpc-dev] New MPC build with remediation support

Hi all,

A new MPC version including the remediation support contributed by Pascal
Rapicault [1] is now available at http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/nightly.

Thanks to Pascal's work, the feature selection and resolution process is now
separated into two steps, showing a remediation page for the latter if a
problem is found after completing feature selection.

You can test this yourself by trying to install e.g. JBoss Tools for Juno
into the latest Kepler release. Please comment on the bug if you encounter
any issues with the updated workflow.

Please also note that from this build forward, MPC will only support the
Kepler platform version, as discussed in [2].
