[mosquitto-dev] Retiring inactive committers

[Roger Light <roger@xxxxxxxxxx>]

Dear all,

We have been encouraged by the Eclipse Foundation to review the
current committers on the project and retire any that are no longer
active.

Following the guidelines on
https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#elections-retire-cm , the
community should be notified of the change and any inactive committers
that may be retired are given the opportunity to defend retaining
their committer status.

I am therefore proposing to retire committers that have not committed
to any of the mosquito repositories in the last year. If that is you,
and you feel that you should still be a committer on the project,
please reply to this email and we can discuss it further.
Alternatively if you are happy to be retired, it would be helpful to
have a response to that effect. Please do not just make a commit as a
reply! The retirements will take place on the 6th November if there
are no responses.

Regards,

Roger
