[mosquitto-dev] v2.1.0rc2 available for testing

Dear all,

I've just pushed the v2.1.0rc2 tag and uploaded the corresponding
source tar to https://mosquitto.org/files/source/

The changes since rc1 are entirely around build / test on non-Linux
and non-Windows platforms, so I haven't updated the binaries.

Greg and Christoph - I don't believe everything you've raised has been
addressed, so it may be that we need to push the release date back a
few days. I've had a report on compiling/testing on Redhat 8 that I
still need to look into as well.
