Great. Please make sure that the project metadata is updated when
you're done.
Thanks,
Wayne

Hi Wayne,
GMF Runtime is still in your CVS list,
but the migration to git is already started in
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=393259 .
I am in the process of getting builds
up and running for three other modeling projects I already moved
to git,
so GMF Runtime is next.
Cheers...

Modeling projects in CVS
Sent by:

Greetings Modeling PMC. The deadline (December 21/2012)
for projects to move off of CVS is approaching fast. There are
serveral
Modeling projects still using CVS [1].
Some of the projects on this list are scheduled for termination
(UML2 Tools
and UMLX) and so will be taken care of naturally.
Some are "container" projects (e.g. M2T, MDT) that have some
of their own code (e.g. "core" and "shared" repositories).
The recent restructuring review [2] will shut down these container
projects,
so we need to sort out the home for this common code before that
can happen.
In the meantime, it might be helpful to remove child repositories
to reduce
clutter (FWIW, the new version of Dash that I'm planning will
automatically
do rollups of child projects).
This still leaves a handful of projects that need to move.
Can the members of the PMC please make sure that the projects
under your
care are migrated by the deadline?
This applies to both project source code repositories and project
websites.
If anybody needs help, please let me know.
Thanks,
Wayne
