[microprofile-wg] Combine MicroProfile Technical call and Live Hangout

Hey everyone,

Hope you're all doing well!

I've noticed both our MicroProfile Live Hangout and Technical calls have been pretty short lately, so I'm thinking we should just combine them into one call. I brought this up in last week's technical call and this week's Live hangout. The general consensus is to give it a try.

We'll keep the MP Live Hangout slot and just cancel the separate Technical calls. We can always revisit this down the road if we want to split them back into weekly calls again. And of course, if something urgent comes up that needs discussion, we can always throw an ad-hoc call on the calendar.

The next call will be on Tuesday, 26th May.
