I need to sync with Emily, Paul White, and Ivar on specification ballots and the number of votes required. At question is whether or not it is a super-majority of working group members or a super-majority of those that voted in order for a ballot to pass.

Regardless, I’d like to get higher ballot participation. Regardless of the title of the ballot threads, I’d like to extend the ballot to April 28th, 2026.
