We'd request inclusion of text in some appropriate location that informs
users as discussed in the side-thread, regarding use of Jakarta EE 9 APIs,
their inherent incompatibility with previous Jakarta EE versions and a
caution that the TCK approved in this ballot only validates
implementations running with EE 9.

The MicroProfile Specification Process requires the Specification
Committee and the Community to provide feedback during the approval
process using the relevant documents:

This ballot will be fourteen days, ending on Friday Nov. 26th. The ballot
requires a Super-majority positive vote of the Steering Committee members.
There is no veto. Community input and Community votes are welcomed.
However, only the votes delivered by Steering Committee Representatives
will be counted.
