+1 from Garden State JUG with two comments:

[a] Assurance in the form of some official Eclipse Foundation documentation that the Working Group can request new vendors to be approved and reimbursements to be pre-approved.
[b] The Foundation to provide a line-item breakdown of any spend on the $40k allocated under the Compatibility Program.
