Re: [microprofile-wg] [BALLOT] [Health 3.1] Specification - Plan Review - VOTE by May 12th - (1 Week)

Edwin,
Plan Reviews are only 1 week in duration.  Release Reviews are 2 weeks in duration (or after 1 week if all members have voted).

From our MPSP:
  • All specification ballot periods will have the durations outlined below (notwithstanding the exception process defined by the EFSP)
    • Creation Review: 7 calendar days;
    • Plan Review: 7 calendar days;
    • Progress Review: 14 calendar days;
    • Release Review: 14 calendar days;
    • Service Release Review: 14 calendar days; and
    • MPSP Update: 7 calendar days.

(This highlights another issue where we don't seem to have a permanent home for the MPSP yet...)

Hi all,

It seems that I have incorrectly understood the ballot time for Plan Reviews. The ballot concludes after at least 1 week when all members have voted. Or after two weeks, whether all votes are in or not. This means that this ballot will remain open until and including May 19th. In the meantime, it's possible for any outstanding votes to be cast.

My apologies for this confusion.

Kind regards,

Edwin

Hi,

A friendly reminder that this is the last day to vote on this ballot. The last vote needed is from iJUG.

Kind regards,

Edwin

To approve and ratify the Plan Review of MicroProfile Health 3.1, the Steering Committee Representatives' vote is requested. Please respond with +1 (positive), 0 (abstain), or -1 (reject). Any feedback that you can provide to support your vote will be appreciated.

The MicroProfile Specification Process requires the Specification Committee and the Community to provide feedback during the approval process using the relevant documents:
  1. https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.microprofile/releases/health-3.1

This ballot will be 7 days, ending on Wednesday, May 12th.  The ballot requires a Super-majority positive vote of the Steering Committee members. There is no veto. Community input and Community votes are welcomed. However, only the votes delivered by Steering Committee Representatives will be counted.
