[microprofile-wg] Co-Facilitator of the Steering Committee

First big congratulations to everyone for getting the steering committee up and running.  We should take a moment to appreciate how much work has gone into this, and speaking of work a big congratulations to John for organizing and running the steering committee meeting. This praise leads us to $SUBJECT: John shouldn’t have to do this alone.

I propose that we “formalize” the Co-Facilitator of the Steering Committee position.  This will be a rotating position with a primary and secondary. The general idea is that the secondary will take over the primary and a new secondary will be selected. The responsibilities of this position include managing, preparing, and distributing the steering committee meeting agenda, running meetings, managing and sharing minutes, recording meetings, and posting the recordings Twitter.

The only requirement is to be a listed member within the working group committee. Amelia has suggested volunteers from AJUG or Jelastic.
