[mdt-papyrus.dev] Changing to Unix end of line

Hello everyone,

 

It’s been discussed before but we are migrating to full Unix end of line for Papyrus. A first pass on the code has been done, and merged, on Master and a check (script  borrowed from sysml’s gerrit job) should be in place during gerrit validations.

If I missed anything or if it generates strange behaviour I would be happy to know about it J
