  Hi,

  I found that in the use case diagram there is one file that seem greatly inspired in code provided by the 'Conselleria de Infraestructuras y Transportes', but no mention to that fact is present.
  This is the class:
  - 'org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.usecase.actions.LabelHelper' is very similar to 'org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.common.actions.LabelHelper', which was previously in 'es.cv.gvcase.mdt.uml2diagram.common'. The only difference is the copyright notice :S.
