The tool to check the stats may be accessed through the portal (thanks Laurent for pointing this tool out): portal.eclipse.org -> Eclipse projects area -> [tools] for all Committers -> Download stats I've also raised a bugzilla to try to integrate this p2 repository tuning via an automated way...
