Hi Adolfo

I think you're saying that you can't PUTTY in and get a console prompt.

That is solved by requesting shell access possibly by an email to the
webmaster;
maybe a Bugzilla to Community/something..

The default was changed a few years ago because of the damage that can
be done from the console by anyone who gets your password.
