[m2e-users] M2Eclipse repository not found

I have configured other update sites with Luna like PMD just fine but for M2Eclipse, no software site is found at

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases/

or

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/milestones/

 

I can hit the above URL with the internal browser and it shows “Your close!”

Trailing slash does not matter.  What gives?
