When attempting to install the m2e-egit handler whether from the
marketplace, Help-Install New Software, or from the Check out from SCM the
problem is that the bundle org.eclipse.egit.core is missing and the
installer is not resolving this. 

I presume in Mykola's installation it was not missing. Attempts to find
org.eclipse.egit.core have not been successful.
