[m2e-users] cannot install m2e on eclipse helios

in eclipse, select update, use the site "http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases",and then check the checkbox "Maven Integration for Eclipse", error prompted.

the error message is

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
