The issue is https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=384757
which has a root cause of Oracle bug

The junitreport Ant task fails in JREs > 1.6.0_32.

Unfortunately there is no good way for Mac users to switch JDKs/JREs.
 I think we are out of luck until there's a fix - I'll see if I can
find any workarounds.

I hate to say it, but short term you might have to run the reports on
Windows or Linux (VM maybe? that is what I am trying) using a 1.6 JRE
< 1.6.0_32.
