[linuxtools-dev] Commit rights for Alvaro Sanchez-Leon have been expired

Andrew Overholt has expired the commit rights for Alvaro Sanchez-Leon
(aleon).  The reason for this change is:

Alvaro has unfortunately run out of time these days to actively participate
in Linux Tools development.  His past work with the Linux Tools project are
of excellent quality and are very much appreciated by users and his fellow
committers.  We look forward to all future contributions from him.  Thanks,
