[linuxtools-dev] Commit rights for Charley Wang have been expired

Andrew Overholt has expired the commit rights for Charley Wang (cwang). 
The reason for this change is:

Charley is busy with non-Linux Tools work these days and as such can't
commit time to working on the project.  Along with Roland, Charley wrote
much of the SystemTap-drive visualization tools including callgraph.  His
work was high quality and was a contributing factor to the success we've
had with drawing interest through visualization tools.  Thanks for the
excellent work, Charley, and you are always welcome around here :)
