Is is in the CVS right now and you can download it. For the initial 
milestone, we're waiting for the final version of webtools 0.7 to be 
out, and this is planned for next friday (29th).

Where do you plan this plugin to be hosted? We may consider having 
sub-projects in Lepido for Cocoon-related projects.
